KinoTaste 是一款电影、剧集与动漫推荐应用。本政策说明应用处理哪些数据、为什么处理，以及数据会交给谁。
你的评分、待看列表、已看状态、推荐偏好、搜索历史和光影履历保存在设备本地。启用 iCloud 时，其中的观影记录会通过 Apple CloudKit 同步到与你的 Apple ID 关联的 iCloud 私有数据库。
服务器为防滥用会在请求处理期间使用 IP 地址进行内存限流，但应用层不会把 IP、设备标识或行为日志持久化。AI 生成结果可能以不关联用户的形式在服务器内存中缓存：AI 搜索最长 24 小时，花絮最长 30 天；服务重启时缓存会清除。
当前版本不上传产品分析埋点，不创建广告标识，不进行跨应用追踪，不出售个人数据，也不投放个性化广告。
联网功能可能由 Apple iCloud/CloudKit、TMDB、Vercel 和 Google Gemini 处理。各服务会依据自己的隐私政策处理收到的数据。

使用一般搜尋、詳情、海報及推薦時，搜尋詞、作品 ID、語言及篩選條件會傳送給 TMDB；部分網絡環境會先經 KinoTaste 香港代理伺服器。只有當你主動使用 AI 搜尋或幕後花絮時，相關文字、作品標題、年份、語言及類型才會經 KinoTaste 伺服器與 Vercel 傳送給 Google Gemini。
伺服器會在請求處理期間使用 IP 位址作記憶體限流，但不會在應用層持久儲存 IP、裝置識別碼或行為記錄。AI 搜尋結果最多快取 24 小時，花絮最多快取 30 天，且不與使用者關聯。

KinoTaste recommends movies, TV series, and animation. This policy explains what data the app processes, why it is processed, and which providers receive it.
Your ratings, watchlist, watched status, recommendation preferences, search history, and film résumé are stored locally. When iCloud is enabled, viewing records sync through Apple CloudKit to an iCloud private database associated with your Apple ID.
For regular search, details, artwork, and recommendations, search terms, content IDs, language, and filters are sent to TMDB. In some network environments the request first passes through KinoTaste's Hong Kong proxy. AI search text is sent through KinoTaste and Vercel to Google Gemini only when you use AI Search. A title, year, language, and media type are sent through the same route only when you request AI trivia.
The server uses IP addresses transiently for in-memory rate limiting, but the application layer does not persist IP addresses, device identifiers, or behavioral analytics. Generated AI search results may remain in an unlinked in-memory cache for up to 24 hours; trivia may remain for up to 30 days. Caches are cleared when the service restarts.
The current version does not upload product analytics, create advertising identifiers, track you across apps, sell personal data, or serve personalized advertising. Providers used by network features include Apple iCloud/CloudKit, TMDB, Vercel, and Google Gemini, each operating under its own privacy policy.

You can delete current-universe or all viewing data in the app settings and control iCloud, notification, and photo permissions in system settings. For privacy questions, use the “App Support” link on KinoTaste's App Store product page.
